CLOUDESIGN TECHNOLOGY
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in a senior/lead role.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc.).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
