Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis to manage multiple fintech projects. You will oversee the development of financial tools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while also contributing to business analysis to align outcomes with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple fintech projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in fintech/financial services.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of financial tools, agile methodologies, and project management software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
