Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our MERN-based SaaS product with a focus on scalability and high performance.
• Architect and develop NestJS-based micro services, ensuring modular, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
• Work on MongoDB, designing efficient data models and optimizing queries for performance.
• Develop robust React applications using both Class and Functional components.
• Drive peer code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards, clean code, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operation in production.
• Mentor and guide a team of 4-5 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Expertise in NestJS as a Node.js framework.
• Solid understanding of Microservice Architecture and API development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.
• Experience with both Class & Functional React components.
• Strong knowledge of peer code reviewing, clean code principles, and best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS product development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management.
